I have purchased a Social Deal, where can I find my vouchers?

The Social Deal voucher(s) you have purchased can be found in your own Social Deal account, on the website, or in the app. Go to your Social Deal account and click on 'My vouchers'. Under the 'Active' tab, you will find all the vouchers that you can currently redeem. Under the 'Redeemed' tab, you will find all the vouchers you have already enjoyed.

How can I make an online reservation via Social Deal?

A large number of our deals can be redeemed via our own Social Deal reservation system. Can't remember how you should redeem your voucher? Not a problem! You can easily find the reservation method on your voucher. Scroll down to the section titled 'Fine print'. If it states below that you should make an online reservation through Social Deal after purchase, then you're in luck! In order to make an online reservation, you can visit 'My Vouchers' via the Menu section. Here you can easily arrange your reservation.  Afterwards, your reservation will appear directly in the reservation system of the company where you'll be enjoying your deal, thus ensuring that you are all set to visit at your selected date and time.

Step-by-step guide for making a reservation in the Social Deal reservation system

  • Step 1: Go to the Social Deal website or download the Social Deal app (for Android and iOS)
  • Step 2: Log in with your Social Deal account
  • Step 3: Click on the name of the deal for which you want to make a reservation, and then click on "Make a reservation"
  • Step 4: Select the number of people for whom you want to make a reservation
  • Step 5: Choose a date and time (you'll find all available reservation slots in the calendar)
  • Step 6: Optionally, fill in a comment or provide additional (personal) details in the comment box
  • Step 7: Click on 'Reserve' to finalize your reservation
